POLICIES

MAKE - UP CLASSES

1. Please schedule make-up classes at the front desk.

2. Two make-up classes are allowed each session.

3. Make-up classes are offered on Fridays in the 5th and 10th week of each session for 1 and 2 hour classes. (Preschool and tumbling make-ups need to be scheduled in an alternate class)

4. If you miss your scheduled make-up, it may not be re-scheduled.

5. Team athletes do not receive make-ups.

6. JETKids, Inc. does not prorate fees for time missed.

PAYMENT

1. Bills will be emailed to you in the 5th week of the session for the next session. In order to hold your space in our program, payment must be received by the due date on the billing statement.

2. If payment is not received on time we may fill your space without notification.

3. Your payment is for space in the program. If class is missed full payment is still expected.

4. JETKids, Inc. does not prorate fees for time missed.

5. No Refunds.

6. Please make all schedule changes in writing with the front office.
